SECURITY AWARENESS EXERCISE

This was a phishing simulation.

You clicked the link in a simulated security alert. Don't worry — this was an authorized internal awareness exercise. No password, MFA code, UPI information, or other credentials have been collected.

What was the email testing?

The message was designed to resemble an urgent IT/security notification asking employees to change their Microsoft 365 password through an email link.

01

Urgency

“Immediate Action Required” creates pressure to act before thinking.

02

Fear

A claimed account compromise encourages employees to react emotionally.

03

Password request

Password changes are security-sensitive actions and deserve extra verification.

04

Unexpected link

An email link should not be trusted merely because the message looks official.

05

Suspicious instruction

Being told not to use the normal Microsoft 365 portal is a major warning sign.

06

Pressure to act

Requests to act immediately are commonly used to bypass careful verification.

07

Warning Notification

Warned by Microsoft for a suspicious email from an outside domain.

08

Fake Domain

Email from Fake Domain 'peacewisdom.in'.
